Job Description:ÌýThe Dean of theÌýGrace Pilot School of BusinessÌýleads all aspects of theÌýSchool.ÌýThis includesÌýoversight ofÌýbudgeting, administration,Ìýstaffing, faculty recruitment and development,Ìýcurricula development and assessment, academic performance,Ìýenrollment,Ìýaccreditation,Ìýand advancement strategies.

- Terminal degree in an applicableÌýfield

- Produces monthly activity reports for Çïϼ¸£ÀûÒ»Çøâ€™s Senior Leadership TeamÌýreview
- Participates as a member of Çïϼ¸£ÀûÒ»Çøâ€™s President’s Cabinet and Leadership Project
- Serves as a voting member of Çïϼ¸£ÀûÒ»Çøâ€™s Academic Affairs Committee as well as on other University Committees as assigned
- Serves on Çïϼ¸£ÀûÒ»Çøâ€™s Enrollment Taskforce, leadingÌýgrowthÌýand sustainability of theÌýSchoolÌýby engaging in recruitment/advancement activities and in strategic planning
- Coordinates,Ìýdevelops,ÌýandÌýpromotesÌýacademic programmingÌýin multipleÌýmodalitiesÌý(online and in person)ÌýinÌýcollaboration withÌýSchool faculty.
- MakesÌýrecommendationsÌýforÌýpersonnelÌýchangesÌýwithinÌýtheÌýSchoolÌýtoÌýtheÌýOffice for Academic Affairs
- Teaches in his or her area of academic qualification

- CoordinatesÌýandÌýimplementsÌýtheÌýUnitÌýStrategicÌýPlanÌýforÌýtheÌýSchoolÌýandÌýidentifiesÌýimprovementsÌýthatÌýhaveÌýresultedÌýfromÌýeachÌýannualÌýevaluationÌýofÌýtheÌýplanÌýinÌýthe annualÌýreport
- PromotesÌýdevelopmentÌýofÌýeachÌýSchoolÌýfacultyÌýmember’sÌýspecialÌýtalentsÌýandÌýinterestsÌýandÌýfostersÌýgood teachingÌýwithinÌýtheÌýSchool
- EncouragesÌýfacultyÌýmembersÌýtoÌýparticipateÌýinÌýlocal,Ìýstate,Ìýregional,ÌýandÌýnationalÌýprofessional meetingsÌýand activities
- PromotesÌýtheÌýrepresentationÌýofÌýtheÌýGrace Pilot School of BusinessÌýatÌýmeetingsÌýofÌýlearnedÌýandÌýprofessional societies
- OverseesÌýspecialized accreditationÌýcomplianceÌýandÌýensuresÌýalignmentÌýwith SACSCOC standards and best practices
- OverseesÌýexternal relations aspects of theÌýSchool
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Provost/Vice President for Academic Administration
